Before you pick one.
Can Team cover more than one organisation?
No. Team includes a single organisation, and the platform enforces it. Enterprise covers three. If you need more than that, get in touch and we will work out which way round it should be.
Do you price differently for MSSPs?
Yes. It is priced per customer rather than per seat, because running intelligence across a customer base under your own brand is a different job to running it for yourself. The MSSP tiers are also the only ones with no cap on how many organisations you can cover.
Who can change the plan on an account?
The account owner. If you share an account with colleagues and the upgrade button is not showing for you, that is usually why, and nothing is wrong with the account. Get in touch and we will get it to the right person.
What happens while I am on a trial?
You get the tier you are trialling, in full, for as long as the trial runs. The plan shown on this page is the one currently in effect, so a Community account trialling Team will see Team here.
